- This is
the second photo I posted here on my blog. Thank you so much for viewing the
first one. I may not be originally from Cagayan Valley but for almost a week of staying here, I can say that I’m
already a part of it. I took this shot on a bridge in barangay Punti Sta. Ana Cagayan where I’m currently staying with my in-laws. As you can see there’s a vast
farm land on the left hand side of the bridge, underneath it although it’s not
shown on this scenery, is a river. My wife said when they were kids, they used
to bath on this river and nothing had changed on its beauty ever since. What captured me most is the group of
mountains on top of the scenery. Mountain is a symbol of strength and
perseverance. For me this resembles the fast rising economy of Sta. Ana
Cagayan. This is a place of farmlands, casino and some bpo companies as well. Yes,
you heard that right this land of marvel and graces; also cater clients from
outside the country on their business needs. To make it short there’s a booming
call center industry here in Sta. Ana Cagayan. Going back, I asked my wife what
kind of wild animals can be found on top of those mountains. She said there’s a
lot of Baboy Ramo “Wild Boar “, Usa “Wild Deer” roaming around the jungle part
of those mountains. Well, I said that’s cool because if you will ask me I’d
probably say there are some monsters like Sasquatch there too. Anyways, Hope
you like this second photo I took here in Sta. Ana Cagayan. I’ll try to put the
picture of the river I’m talking about later. Thank you so much
for your time in viewing this blog. I’ll keep you updated by sharing some other
Sta. Ana Cagayan photos here. Have a blessed day ahead!

Farm lands and Mountains
Sta. Ana Cagayan Sunset
This is my very first "Sunset Shot" here in Sta.
Ana Cagayan valley. I find it very enticing because it shows a lot of emotion.
The way it was captured it's very peaceful and serene. By looking at it
you will feel how magnificent the moment is. As you can see there's a little
boat with two fishermen on the left hand side of the scenery. They are sailing
home from a day’s work. On the upper right hand side of the picture is the sun
setting slowly and solemnly at around 5:41 p.m. It did not cost me a lot of
effort to capture this breath taking image nor a rocket science equipment. I
just used my 5 mega pixel camera phone. Knowing Cagayan Valley which
is part of the "Ilocandia" region (Ilocos, Isabela, Tarlac,
Pangasinan etc.). This place is one of a kind. When I arrived here I was
immediately captivated by its stunning beauty. Not like Manila where you will
be bombarded with hundreds of buildings commercial or residential. This is a
sanctuary of mountains, rivers and ocean. This place is also blessed with
friendly locals. Hospitality is not a question; you'll get loads of it here. There
are a lot of beautiful and affordable beaches as well. To name one
"Angib" is one of the famous tourist spot. It's the Boracay of the
north with its fine white sand and crystal clear water. Sta. Ana Cagayan is
surely the paradise of the north. This province is located at the very top of
the Philippine archipelago. I will stay here for a while and I’ll make sure to
keep you updated of other photos I will take with my camera phone. I hope you like
this and enjoy the rest of your day!
